Group Program Information:
'The TranceFormed
Body' Weight Reduction and Control Program consists of introspective course work, nutritional and fitness education; group
discussion and processing; and weekly Hypnosis and NLP sessions. This program provides you with the important missing pieces
for permanent weight mastery, that most other dieting plans do not address. It combines all the essential components
of weight reduction and control into an enjoyable and empowering 10-week program. Included are eight 2-hour group sessions,
one 4-hour group session, and two 1-hour highly personalized, one-on-one, individual sessions with Nanette Cheval CCHt. Twenty-four
Hours that are sure to transform your mind, body and life!
After an initial assessment and evaluation, we develop a personalized weight management treatment
program for your permanent weight mastery success. The Program targets skill-building in three main lifestyle domains: (1)
eating, (2) exercise, and (3) coping.
We focus on the following specific areas:
Your dominant eating
pattern
Your dominant exercise pattern
Your dominant coping pattern
We determine your Body Mass Index (BMI) and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), to aid you in understanding
your unique weight challenges, and develop a program that addresses your unique health and weight-reduction goals.
Your weight mastery program includes customized strategies focused
on changing weight-gaining lifestyle patterns into healthier, weight-reduction habits. By adding weekly hypnosis sessions,
we can dramatically increase your ability to lose weight and master your weight-patterns once and for all. This approach guides
you to make specific and gradual behavior changes for long-term results.
For ten-weeks you will participate in group and homework exercises that will transform your understanding
of your weight issue. You will be asked to set aside time everyday to listen to a CD specifically created for each week’s
topic. In each session, we process the new information that has been revealed to you and any issues that may arise.
